Well ok then. For you think it’s the tea helping you relax or is it the time it takes to make it and then taking the time to enjoy it? i guess what I’m asking is if you think the flavor itself helps?

@TurtlesUndivided The flavor is wonderful but I think it's the warmth and the slowness of the sipping that relaxes me.
