@1Dogma Self control is important.

I got drunk on Ouzo once, can’t stand the taste or smell of it, or black licorice anymore.

I rarely drink too much, but was on a trip a few months ago and had a couple of large frozen margaritas. I did not feel well and had to get some fresh air. I didn’t think I was going to make it home without throwing up, but I did 😌

@justlooking2023 I do that if I have a light dinner, but I had a big bowl of rice topping of mussels and veggies so I'm skipping snack tonight.

Depends honestly. In the mornings, I take my coffee black with buttered toast. But if it's noon or later, I'll usually just take a coffee with cream and sugar.
