My three standards are all on 12" Italian herb and cheese, with the same toppings of easy mayo on the bread both sides, lettuce and extra black olives, oil and vinegar on top of those, and oregano. The proteins are BMT and roast beef with pepper jack on each, not toasted, and tuna with provolone, not toasted, one each for lunch and dinner that night, and a 3am snack if I'm still awake, or lunch the next day.
