What should I get from Starbucks?

Try a double shot of espresso every day for five days. (No cream, sugar or other additives). See if just trying it for five days doesn't give a lifelong appreciation for --what many call- the best way to drink coffee period.

It's just an experiment. No guarantees. You might hate it by the end. But you might actually acquire a taste for it. It doesn't take a super long period for our to acquire the taste. Five times may actually seal the deal.

So many choices I don’t know how to venture out

I tend to get diarrhea from Starbucks, even if I order a black coffee

But their coffee is icky. I drink my coffee coffee black. I tried it black coffee there once. It tasted brunt and concentrated, likr from a mix. Not like from fresh ground like I'm used to.
