When I have nothing to eat... I just make smoothies...

Moringa leaves and lemon juice. They satisfy my hunger!🙂😂

Moringa has so many health benefits. It’s good for digestion and bone strength and I know that from my own experience using it. It doesn’t dissolve well in water and I used a very small canning jar and added water to it and used my blender to blend it up.
