Do you like smoothies?

I have one almost every day with spinach and blueberries. I also add milk and yogurt, and sometimes almonds. I drink a bottle of unsweetened green tea every day also.

Ever since I have been doing this, I have noticed that I don't get sick with colds and such.

I freeze up a bunch of spinach, strawberries, blueberries, avocado, and bananas. Toss that in
with water, a scoop of vanilla protein powder and sometimes a little oatmeal right out of the container. Yummmmmmmm.
