We made seared scallops and shrimp, roasted asparagus, and broccoli cheddar rice
The scallops and shrimp were cooked in lemon butter. The asparagus was smothered in this deliciousness. If you're not familiar, it's like if BBQ and teriyaki sauce had a baby.
