Any good seafood restaurant that gets fresh seafood daily. I'm in WI & I've never seen something like that on the menu so Idk.,. good luck, I guess.
In my experience, the larger calamari are tougher (limited experience & usually on vacation in Mexico or the Caribbean) but the smaller calamari are more tender & for me tolerable when I am feeling adventurous. But I am no expert by any definition on seafood or calamari.
