My lyft account got suspended saying we have received multiple reports that you are under 18 riding alone.. WTF IS THAT? Is this for real!

Those drivers are blind or something? I know I carry a backpack and slightly look below my age, but come on, under 18!!! Are they blind for real!!! I was so pissed.. I was attending a concert last night and needed a ride especially that it was night and cold.. app is so stupid and wouldn’t accept my PR card as a form of verification ID and I had to walk when it was getting cold and I was just so tired after such a long day and just wanted to be home as soon as possible..

I gave them a piece of my mind and said that I won’t be submitting any IDs anymore and that I am switching to another app 🥔😡 I mean if you want to be stupid suspending accounts then don’t be stupid rejecting valid government IDs because I travel using that card!! It is accepted in the airport but not at the stupid lyft app!!
