I tried coloring before, but coloring simple pictures aimlessly using crayons didn’t do it for me, I think it was just way too easy, and I easily get bored when I am not challenged.
This on the other hand is so very detailed making it complex and more meaningful at the end when it comes together, and the water colouring adds an extra layer of complexity as it is not as easy to control the brush especially with such detailed lines and it has been entertaining! It can also be framed and hung on the wall eventually. The only draw back with the one I bought is that it is a bit wrinkled because it was not rolled up when delivered. But that’s okay for its price as I bought a cheap one given that I only wanted to try it and my main aim was to do calming activities that don’t involve screens and not to produce a piece of art. Otherwise, this is such a good value for money purchase. As I do this, it has become easy for me to control the brush and to stay between the detailed lines. Next I will buy a more expensive one to hang it on the wall. Meanwhile, this is such an entertaining and calming activity to help you disconnect!
