The liberals won in Canada, thanks to Trump!

A few months ago, the liberals were soooo unpopular, it was a given they were going to lose, and even when Trudeau stepped down, that didn’t mean much at that point (reminded me of the exact same scenario in the US). What has changed since then, is that a crazy orange took office in the US and the conservative party started becoming unpopular in Canada (all of sudden after it was leading) because it just resembled or mirrored Trump in the eyes of everyone. Given all the tariff wars, i guess no one wanted a conservative leading all the negotiation talk with that orange face.
