Great performance review at work (above great!). Great news on my condo purchae. Just had a great romantic weekend.

Now i need to pass the not great news to my landlord that I am moving out. He is not going to be happy! Sorry to ruin his Monday :/

Eh, I doubt he would have any problem breaking the news of a rent increase to you .

@ineedadrink lol he can't do that. I am already paying the maximum rate as set by the law for the year 2024. So i am definitely not going to agree to pay an extra nickel above that rate, not that I think he would ask for that.

Besides, why would he increase rent in the last month I have to pay, doesn't make sense.
