Mouloukhiya yum 🤤

I am smelling Mouloukhiya !! Idk where the smell is coming from🥔🥴 Potato loves Mouloukhiya!! 🥔🥴

I have some in the fridge.. Can’t wait to get home to heat them up, along with the fried garlic!

Idk who eats Mouloukhiya for dinner.. I guess that would be Potato 🥔 🥴

Whattt I only knew it as a flower, now I'm intrigued I want to try ittt
@HannibalAteMeOut It's green leaves. You cut it into little pieces like tea or just buy it already cut and frozen and you make it (like lentils soup) with fried garlic 😋 the smell alone is delicious.
It's eaten either on it's own with bread or you put it on rice.

@PiecingBabyFaceTogether wish I could find them here, I've seen it in tea form but not for cooking. Maybe in one of those bio shops 🤔
@HannibalAteMeOut Do you have Arabic shops in Greece? It's not very common in Turkey either but Egyptians and other Arabs get it.

@PiecingBabyFaceTogether we do have some in Athens I should be able to find one. Maybe I can find it in some African shop too, I have many here.
@HannibalAteMeOut I found you a recipe 😊 I think if you show this video to someone they'll know what you want. That's if there's no clear word for this plant I don't even know what it's called in English

@PiecingBabyFaceTogether omg thank youuuu 🖤 We call it moloha so it's similar, I think they will understand!
@HannibalAteMeOut You're welcome. I take your love for food seriously haha I'd love to hear your opinion this is one the very Egyptian foods one must try! It's more important than falafel and koshary it's on top of the list 😃

@HannibalAteMeOut I make the Egyptian recipe. It is very tasty and is soup-like (liquid)! But I'd like to try the Syrian recipe soon. The syrian one is solid because it is made out of the leaves in their form, without mincing or chopping.

@PiecingBabyFaceTogether ohhh I didn't know thattt then I HAVE to find it or I'll go cut the leaves myself hahahah

@BittersweetPotato Is the Syrian one like a salad?
