It is never lost in translation
Last night someone in the metro asked for my help for directions, I almost died laughing 🥔🤣 I am the last one to be asked 🥔🥴. I am pretty sure anyone I have ever given dorections to, has probably gone to a land that no one has ever seen before.. So i was not about to give directions while I am in a foreign place too O.o, although I knew where she was headed and was like 90% sure it was right, still I made a disclaimer and told her to confirm with another normal potato 🤷♀️
It was extra funny, becauae that same day, but in the afternoon, I think I had a look on my face that clearly said I am a dumb lost potato 🥔.. I was headed back from a new place, so I was extra careful cross checking the stations names with the map since they pronounce them in such a different way from the written form, I can't tell sometimes what they are saying .. The guy next to me asked me using google translate where I was headed, and he'd point for me the name on the map .. As he was leaving, he told me to count three stations and go in the fourth, and repeated it using his fingers to count, like i was a child, I found it so funny 🥔🤣 especially that I knew very well that I should leave in the fourth station, but I think my face showed that I was COMPLETELY LOST because I stress when it is a new route even if I am on track... While in the night, I was headed the same road I've been taking for the past days and it was like 15 stations away so I was chilling and seemed like I knew what I was doing lol even though i could STILL easily get lost still while I am taking a familiar route 🤷♀️
People have alwyas told me that my face is very expressive.. Like I find people telling me why I was rude to someone and I'd be like I didn't say anything bad 🤷♀️ but it is usually the way I look when I say it lol 😆 Was never able to change that.. If I can't stand you, my face will show.. if I am in love, my face will also show.. Damn it put me in many embarrassing situations with my crushes before 🥔🥴
