I take two or more cheeses melt them down in my double boiler add whole milk with the cream still in kind.
Mixed it all together. Till its like oil texture.
Then I add that to my noodles.
That's my Mac and cheese. We don't even own a microwave oven. Gave it away 15/20 years ago. We never used it, so why have one. And all it did was sit in box

What is "nuked cheese"? I am not an expert chef by any means and though I know the main ways to cook food I have never heard of the "nuking" process.
