Two or three cloves garlic, one shallot both finely chopped put in 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup light olive oil add a little salt and flake pepper leave set for a little while. Depending on if you are making it for one or two use 8 to 12 ounces penne pasta or rigatoni, add some canned quartered artichoke hearts, black sliced olives, fresh quartered tomatoes to the cooked pasta and add your oil mix. Put some parmesan cheese on top just before you eat it.
