What is your best pasta recipe?
Please can you recommend an easy, quick and delicious pasta recipe with a few ingredients? 😃

Roast some garlic, fry some bacon till crisp or just get the precooked crumbled stuff. Fine dice and Saute some sweet or yellow onion. Cook spaghetti in salted wster, thick version is better. Save some of the water when the pasta is done. Best one egg and put back into kettle with cooked pasta and water. Cook and stir to coat pasta. Add fresh ground pepper, roasted garlic, sauted onions, and bacon crumbled. Done!
Next recipe is easier..
Melt unsalted butter in kettle, add half as much flour and cook while stirring then add cold milk and cook till thick then add more milk until consistency is achieved. Add grated parmesan cheese. Stir. Mix with cooked pasta.
Pasta is easy to make but you should have a pasta roller. One cup AP flour, 2 eggs, salt, and some olive oil. Stir and knead till stiff then roll out and cut into desired sized noodles. Boil in salted water untill they float. Can reheat in hot water before serving.
