I Love Pasta With Cheese

Spaghetti with the sauce you've just made served on top - onions, an apple or two, maybe a pepper, basil and/or mixed herbs, tinned tomatoes if you're feeling lazy - and lots and lots of the punchiest cheese you can find, grated in a bowl so that you can help yourself... Takes minutes to prepare, quarter of an hour to cook, grandchildren drool with delight when it's put in front of them, and so do I!
