Ramen spicy protein recipe

Ingredients


Measure 15 oz water and microwave 3 minutes 1000 to 1200 watts

Mix 1 scoop bone collagen in water.

Open noodle cup and add a couple shakes of Slap Ya Mama

Pour in water bone collagen mixture

Let stand for at least 4 minutes.

Enjoy your supper hot noodles and the spicy protein drink to follow.
