Good morning sunshines
And night owls yes, good morning y'all :)...
Coffee smells great... I begin reducing sugar this week...I want to do a little preparation for my work in the retreat at the end of the month. Clear out.
Today is the last week of my qigong seminar too... Monday... have a nice week !!!
Later I will go to a friend's and she will show me how to make natural dies out of some plants.
My dad will again go to the hospital. His heart rate is very high. If I could drive I would take him. Now I cannot do much. He's very rejective, I asked him to go with him already a couple of times the previous week but he doesn't want to.
Alright, back to my coffee. Lucy...:) My friend before leaving she told me, if Lucy creates much trouble to me, I should lock her outside in the balcony - there's a big balcony where she has little corners to curl, her food and litter are at the balcony too - unless of course it is too cold or rainy, then I should always allow her the door open to get inside. I do the opposite heheh, I close the door for the cold at times, but instead letting her out, I keep her in :))) she doesn't know when to use her claws, but I still love her and in the morning it is perhaps the only time she will allow for some cuddles....:)
Fed the street cats, I feed them at 6.30 am, a little early for winter, but it allows me to have enough time to have a coffee and properly wake up before my class so I won't complaint for this time around!
