Good morning coffee

😊 early... wild wind outside..having my coffee....

There's this storm and bad weather wave that has came down from the north but as I live on an island at South, its manifesting with winds, strong winds... Even schools are closed today due to the wind prognosis.
I am taking it slow as having my coffee but if it continues like that, I'll most probably cancel the class for today..let's see in about an hour. For now I just got some time in silence to have my morning coffee and listen to the winds...:)

A time to relax is essential for life. A time of prayer.

The Zen masters recommend getting up fifteen minutes earlier each day to practise Zazin.

I find it difficult to find that time. The day is so busy. But if I can, I awake early and start the day with a Psalm. That leads into prayer and thanksgiving to God.
