Do you drink too much coffee?

I can't go without my morning one, but I probably have another five during the day.

Love my coffee. I've slowed down to 3 cups a day. I started adding to my regular blend...mushroom coffee.. wow ..just a spoon full, It turns my first cup in the morning to ..equal 3 cups.
