@Miklee02 it’s an older house and the loan requires certain conditions for approval. It needs a new roof and there are minor fixes too. I qualified as a first time buyer even though I’ve bought before. It’s a very picky situation

@Miklee02 should have closed last Friday and moved in by now. I have an FHA loan but the stipulations of the first time buyer assistance seem to be the log jam right now.
