Hazelnut is nice but try Creme Brulee.
Now to make it even better, I suggest you purchase an inexpensive spinner
They cause the cream to foam up(the tiny bubbles fill with air) The way they have it in coffee shops. I have an IKEA near me. Battery operated. It makes a difference in the flavor.
Cream 1st. Spin the cream till it foams, add coffee. Your dinner guests will be delighted.
