@JSul3 Private startups took over their client bases with both better and cheaper offerings. We have a Red Lobster just a few miles away at what's probably a high rent location that also uses a lot of TV promo advertisements. Meanwhile, there are startup seafood places with counter service, at low rent hole-in-the-wall places, and that don't do TV ads that have far better products. For those who don't like eating with plastic forks, they can bring their own metal forks or just do pickups.
