BBQ meatball hoagies is what's for lunch or at least snack food, I've got 4 roasters full of them for a buddy of mine., and I introduced him to a few guys that can and will help him out on his food needs. he has a bar with a kitchen but the kitchen was costing him the bars profits he went on vacation and I upgraded his menu to only one item a day that comes with a drink, and he doesn't need a cook or to throw out a bunch of food every week and his lunch time and afternoon noon business took off, now bartenders are wanting the early shift
