I'm strictly a vagitarian, but I think the meat closest to the bone is supposed to be the best. :P

#3 for me is Lamb. I had an awesome rack of lamb in Brussels several years ago. When done well, lamb is awesome.

My #2 would be BBQ pork as Laser said.

Steak. A Delmonico Steak.
