I have tourettes when I'm driving, I can't help it it causes me some embarrassmment with passengers however I live with it, they have to put up with it none of us are perfect.

@Quimliqer There’s a man who lives here that comes into Walmart and barks loudly like a dog. At least he doesn’t cuss…he has children with him sometimes.
