@itsok when I go they ask do I want to use the app. I always say no. Now I have it working. When I pull up. They ask. I say yes. What do I do then. Show it yo girl taking money. ?

@drtt943 if you have already placed an order through the app, then you say yes. Your app will have give you a 4 digit code when you place your order. The app will ask if you want to pick it up inside, in the drive through, or curbside. I always choose drive thru. When the person at the speaker asks if you’re using the app, and you yes, they’ll ask for your code. Sometimes they’ll just ask if it’s (your name).

If you’re using the app for the points instead of using it to order, I believe you say no, and then you’ll let the person at the window scan the QR code.

I recommend just ordering on the app. You get better deals
