should this guy have been allowed to sue McDonald's?

a guy named Cesar Barber tried to sue McDonald's for giving him a fat arse but he got thrown out of court. all those shithead corporations may be partially responsible for the obesity problem because they're pushing sugar like it's a drug.

At the end of the day he's responsible for his own ass but I agree that these corporations that spend billions on trying to get people to destroy themselves should face some kind of accountability for what they're doing.
