Actually, I love Kimchi. Did you know that there were more than 200 different types of Kimchi that they make in Korea?

There is even a Kimchi museum in Seoul where you can learn everything you need to know about Kimchi?

@Stephie I love it as well, yet it is often an acquired taste for Western palettes.
