That hasn't happened to me on here, yet.
It has in my life though and I just figure that they aren't who I thought they were and aren't worth my time anyway.

@SW-User It's so much more confusing IRL. Like, at least online you can get a sense of things

@SW-User Yeah, I can see how it would be easier to make sense of online. When it's a real life friend you've known for years, it can be pretty strange.
