Best Jam Ever?

Don't know who made this (except that it says Tassos and that it says imported from Greece), but thank you.
This is the most delicious jam/marmalade I've ever had. It's got tiny pieces of figs and it's not too sweet. I had a little dollop on a couple of rice cakes this morning.

Pretty common in that part of the world. The Tassos recipe is to "liquidy" for me, but I can't buy the more chunky stuff in the US. Ideally, it should be the consistency of something between Brie and Feta (to use Cheese for comparison).

I am going to be making some whole mission figs, stuffed with goat cheese tonight, for an apetizer.

@Northwest That sounds lovely.

I once threw a dinner party with figs (lightly brushed with olive oil and stuffed with goat cheese and topped with a little bit of crushed pistachios. I put them to broil in the oven for five minutes and had honey out that could be drizzled on it if someone wished- for an appetizer. It was a hit. My husband teased me over it so I haven't made it since. But maybe I should sometime. :)

crushed pistachios
👌 nice touch. I would imagine you need to coat them with honey first, to make the crushed pistachio stick?
