Best Jam Ever?

Don't know who made this (except that it says Tassos and that it says imported from Greece), but thank you.
This is the most delicious jam/marmalade I've ever had. It's got tiny pieces of figs and it's not too sweet. I had a little dollop on a couple of rice cakes this morning.

Is there not any extra info on the jar that tells who could have made it?
HannibalAteMeOut · 22-25, F
@Classified it says Tassos, guess if you google Tassos jam or marmalade that's the company. Although I've never seen that around here.

@HannibalAteMeOut I had to turn off the night filter on my phone to be able to read that. 😅😅
You're right that would be a good search in Google.

@HannibalAteMeOut Well it was remarkably easy to find some marmalade they sell.

The website is even tassos.com

@Classified I meant like specific persons who works for Tassos who made my jar of lovely sweet spreadable figginess. It's just meant to be a general thank you to employees of Tassos and farmers who grow figs... 😂

@Scribbles Oh like that 😅😅

@Classified @HannibalAteMeOut
Thanks for helping though!

@Scribbles No problem. 😃 Maybe there's an 'about us' on tassos.com 🤔

@Classified Totally found it. Started by Greek immigrants in America. Sounds like they import the figs here from Greece. They even have cute photographs of the family when they got their start. I left them a Thank you email. Lol

@Classified Now I got to check out what else they make. Lol

Ooo! They have a recipe section. :)

@Scribbles It's cute you left them an email 😄

Are you going to make your own marmalade?
Scribbles · 36-40, F
@Classified probably not, until I buy a fig tree and wait a few years. They did mention grilled olives in their recipe section. Why have I never thought to grill olives before? I will have to try this on skewers with some other lovely foods.

They also sell olive juice. That's got to be for martinis or used for cooking or something right? Or is it a beverage you drink? 🤔 So many questions now.

@Scribbles That's quite the long term plan. 😳

Are you finding answers too? 😋
Scribbles · 36-40, F
@Classified I've actually wanted a fig tree for a long time now. Hazelnut trees too. I just keep putting it off because we always talk about moving.
Classified · M
@Scribbles That's not convenient 😅 Are you still planning to move?
