Why you should reduce Indian Takeaway drastically
DK about Chinese or other cuisines but Indian TA? Only consume once in a while! Although Home made is 98% better; you know ingredients, how much amount and the freshness like all home made tbh.
But Indian TA frequently?? Makes you lethargic and cranky AF. You don't wanna do chores, don't wanna go out if had for lunch. And for night dinner you sleep like a baby and will be cranky in the morning. Makes you work at slower pace. You feel like crying n get agitated with others for telling you to work / do chores etc.
The curry in TA are kept frozen it's how they preserve it best. The naan portions are big and Carbs AF. Too much carbs is laziness but compare both carb and frozen curries together?? 😱
Opting for rice might do the trick or simply have one naan per person. But have it once a week?? Slowly overtime the negative effects will creep in.
