Indian street food

i long for the fabulous cusine taste on my tongue for indian sweets getting hot and ready.....

@DesiDudeJ04 these are standard routine food of mumbai... not specials like the baidaroti behind taj ,,,only starts at midnight,,
Like the bhajia and batata bonda on Ghatkopar station at 8am for the Dombivili Fast..
Panipuri at electric house ,,colaba after 4 pm.
like the gujarati Farsan at kandivili west after 6.30pm

@thedesi123 actually,, i consider vadapaav and dabeli to be duplicates of Hot dog and Burger buns in USA

... and bhajiya or onion pakoda are same as onion rings in amsterdam and spain.. called calamari.

@KA9ha It varies in countries having similar dishes. But the delicacy of the desi food is just great. The mix of spice used in the desi food makes their taste great and unique.
