I Like Indian Food

Decided on hot and spicy Chicken Korma today to make for dinner. As you see here, it goes perfect with naan bread.

I seemed to have caught some kind of a bug and I'm hoping the spices will come to my rescue.

That looks delicious! Indian food is comfort food.

I had it yesterday. Buffet from local resturant. I selected tandoori chicken, briryani, chana masala, and naan. It was good or o.k. but didn't hit the spot like lamb saag and garlic naan would have done. That just means another trip later this week.
