Good vanilla made from Cornish clotted cream. No need for any other flavours to obscure the flavour of the ice cream itself. The you can add other flavours in the form of fruit, fruit purees, crushed caramel, chopped nuts, etc.

not really a flavor, but neapolitan ice cream's mix of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry is really good.

got it in lemon peel with vanilla and orange ....clove and cardamom...
