Tonight I am in ice-cream heaven...'Gingerbread' ice-cream to be specific. Evocative of all things good about Christmas...ginger, cinnamon, cloves and treacle. AND, it is filled with chunks of gingerbread cookie dough. OMG I am in love.
Last Christmas I made a gingerbread cheesecake, which was soooo good. This year, I may just lump a carton of this stuff straight from the freezer to the table!
