Imagine being so white you think cabbage is spicey?

Never in my life have I ever had a cabbage that was anything close to spicey.

this is fucked, lol but i kinda know what they mean. raw cabbage bites the back of my tongue... but spicy is the wrong word for it

@SW-User I don't even notice that. I never found it tao have any "sharp" flavors.

@MethDozer the flavor is bitter... you have v few bitter buds, possibly. but i usually like bitter foods, so not sure what's special about it but it makes me hate cole slaw

@SW-User I'm picky with coleslaw. A lot of them I don't like but when the dressing is right I love it.

I like the undressed colelslaw bag mixes when they are on sale too as a quick and ready mix add to rice and noodles.

@MethDozer i could eat a whole pot of boiled cabbage with butter, salt and black pepper 😋 but cabbage is no substitute for genuine salad
