Now for the disgusting sugar free, lactose free version that I have to make because my wife has digestive issues!

1 cup of almond milk
1 tbsp carob
1 tsp stevia

Put carob and stevia in cup, add a little water, stir to make a paste, add almond milk

Nuke for 90 seconds.
