'thanks sweetheart', 'you are such a darling', 'I will look for your email honey'...

Obviously, it's not reciprocated on my part, but I adore it. Always makes me smile, and I will turn to my co-worker, who is a dude. And well aware of these conversations and say 'thanks for taking care of that for me darling', 'you are such a honey'....
