i always wondered about american girl scouts.... what do they actualyl do other then making cookies ? we got mixed scout groups for kids here and we never were baking cookies. we were in the woods camping, hiking, learning how to make a fire etc
@SimplyTracie During my training as a process design engineer I had the job of building a 'sandwich cookie' making production line. It was kind of neat getting the vibrators timed just right to make the biscuits fall from their trough to the conveyor belt at exactly the right time.
@hippyjoe1955 How do you even conceive the concept? I mean, forming the ideas is genius. Even if automation has been around, it’s still unique for your line.
@SimplyTracie I started by playing with strobe lights and vibrating surfaces. Under strobe lights you can see the waves move across a surface. From that it is just a matter of choosing the right vibrator to give you the right linear motion.
