It depends if a beautiful young woman or an angry concentration camp guard is speaking it.
I remember when I was growing up and all these Vietnamese people arrived, and my father commenting on how "ugly" their language was. I didn't find it particularly beautiful but not ugly either.
Portuguese and French are often described by English speakers as beautiful. Many people find English unlovely; I remember reading a story as a child that took place in Wales, and a kid in the story commented on how harsh English sounded compared to Welsh. I have heard Welsh and Irish spoken and they do sound pleasant.
In The Mission you can hear a South American Indian language spoken; it sounds like it would be very difficult to learn as the speaker sounds like he's talking with his mouth full of potatoes. In Killers of the Flower Moon which I just saw, Osage doesn't sound too difficult as the characters seem to be pronouncing every syllable clearly.

@LeopoldBloom I’ve watched videos of English spoken where you can’t quite understand the words intentionally and it’s not very pleasant, either. The German in it!
I like the sound of Native American languages as far as I can recall.
(I tend to hear the prison guard no matter what!)
