I Want to Grow a Vegetable Garden

I've always imagined how much time and money that I'd be able to save on putting food on the table if I had my own organic garden which consists of fruits, vegetables, and wheat. Has anyone ever considered the benefits of owning a garden?

I have grown vegetables but not fruit.
Wheat would take more room and be more labour intensive to harvest and mill into flour

Have done it the past...now I just do tomato plants.

I have just moved to a new place, it has 5 acres. Their are a few fruit tress here. I will soon begin to learn the seeds/plants that are best for this area. (2 hours south of Sydney) allot of frost in the winter.
