This's Methdozer and the views I am about to express are not necessarily those of anyone but me, but ought to be and as a matter of fact probably are.
People who say tender ( mushy as they call it) vegetables are overcooked are wacked. The fact js crunchy vegetables are undercooked. Debate me? Okay. Raw veggies are crunchy. So an undercooked veggie is crunchy, a properly cooked veggie is properly cooked...... AND IS OFTEN BETTER.
Fully cooked corrects the hard and fiberous textures of many veggies and almsot always improves flavor by removing bitter ass flavor and concentrating nice sweet flavors. Take green bean for example. Taste like bitter grass clipping shit with an awful snappy texture until you boil or steam them to oblivion. Then they are fairy decent.
Shove your " iT iZz FrEsH TaStE" up your ass. I want my food cooked including my veggies. Raw is for proscutto and rare is for steak. Soft veggies= best veggies
