pumpkin is such a weird vegetable actually

Nobody really likes them otherwise like other vegetables they would be grown and harvested all year round in greenhouses or around the world.

Literally the only thing they are good for is pie.

People hate pumpkins, really.

In fact I remember last halloween hearing someone asking what to do with their pumpkin after the holiday.

And here comes the pumpkin's revenge
I love pumpkin actually. And I constantly meet pumpkin lovers. Recently walking by the neighbours house I saw pumpkin leaves and I thought with excitement, they're growing pumpkins!
There's pumpkin spice, I always buy pumpkins and I always eat a raw piece when I am cooking with it! I make delicious pumpkin curry and pumpkin soup 🤤🤪 also I bake it in the oven with carrots and sweet potatoes 🍠

@orioninthenight I've once made my vegetarian Revolution towards my heavily based on meat diet family. So I went to the festive table with a bunch of meat in the middle and I brought my pumpkin soup!

I was bullied for it and I believe it was about the last time I went to one of their gatherings.
I didn't judge anyone about their food and I was seated at the table with all of them.

There's something about pumpkin and you do well to point it out!

@Spoiledbrat Once I had an inside joke with a friend because her boss gave her a mini pumpkin during halloween as a gift.

Afterwards we jokes for years that she was just going around carrying around a pumpkin completely nonchalantly.

"What's that for?"
"Oh this? [lifts up this 2 gallon sized pumpkin with both hands] Oh this is my lunch obviously"

I've had beer that was brewed from pumpkin (no "pumpkin spice" involved): was pretty good, a heck of a lot better than any beer which contains "pumpkin spice"
