If tomatoes are a “fruit”, wouldn’t that make ketchup a smoothie?

Some nuance: intelligence is knowing that a tomato is a fruit, wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad. Similarly, intelligence is recognizing that ketchup is indeed technically a smoothie, but wisdom is not drinking it.
