lol my friend doesn't know what a slowcooker is and is convinced I'm doing it wrong since "it only takes ten minutes to boil vegetables"

it cooks meat and stews slowly and doesn’t have to be watched so closely like if it was cooked on top of the stove. Takes a heck of a lot longer to heat up than 10 minutes.
