@ClassicRocker actually it is they are very good for you, but at least i eat fruits and drink water

@SW-User Some, like my dad say that our bodies weren't meant to consume veggies. He has lost a lot of weight by just eating meat. I do eat them myself but not in large quantities. I agree with you on the water, that's all I drink now.

@SW-User Yes, he cut out ALL food except meat and lost 80 pounds.
